ภาพรวมของตำแหน่ง (Role Summary)

Appomax กำลังมองหา Industrial Solution Lead ที่สามารถรับบทบาทเป็น Solution Owner และ Delivery Authority
เพื่อขับเคลื่อนโครงการ Industrial Digital / Smart Manufacturing ให้เดินหน้าได้จริง ทั้งในเชิง solution, delivery และการตัดสินใจ

ตำแหน่งนี้มีหน้าที่สำคัญในการ:

• แปลง pain point ลูกค้า → solution ที่ชัด

• ออกแบบ demo และ scope ที่ “ขายได้และส่งมอบได้”

• ปลดล็อก Project Manager และทีม engineering เมื่อโครงการติดขัด

• เป็นจุดตัดสินใจด้าน solution / trade-off โดยไม่ต้อง escalate ทุกเรื่องถึง Founder

ตำแหน่งนี้ ไม่ใช่ Project Manager แต่เป็นบทบาทที่ช่วยให้ Project Manager ทำงานได้เร็ว ถูกทาง และไม่ติดกับ ambiguity

ความรับผิดชอบหลัก (Key Responsibilities)

1. Customer Discovery & Solution Framing

• นำ discovery session กับลูกค้า (Production / Engineering / Maintenance / Management)

• แปลง pain point เป็น solution scope, priority และ outcome ที่ชัดเจน

• ระบุ assumption, dependency, constraint ที่มีผลต่อ delivery

• ปรับ expectation ลูกค้าให้สอดคล้องกับความเป็นจริงของ project

• กำหนด Success Criteria สำหรับ Demo / POC / Project

2. Solution & Demo Ownership

• ออกแบบ Demo ที่ขายได้และไม่สร้าง delivery debt

• วาง demo storyline ตาม persona (Operator → Supervisor → Manager)

• ตัดสินใจอย่างชัดเจน:

  • อะไรโชว์ใน Demo

  • อะไรทำใน POC

  • อะไรควรรอ Production

• ทำงานแบบ hands-on กับ platform เช่น MES, IIoT, No-code / Low-code, Analytics

3. Project Delivery Enablement & Unblocking (หัวใจของบทบาทนี้)

• ทำหน้าที่เป็น Solution Authority ระหว่าง project execution

• สนับสนุน Project Manager ในการ:

  • ตัดสินใจด้าน scope / trade-off

  • แก้ปัญหา requirement ที่ไม่ชัด

  • จัดลำดับ priority เมื่อ resource จำกัด

• เป็น escalation point เมื่อ:

  • PM หรือ Engineering ติด technical / solution decision

  • ลูกค้าเปลี่ยน requirement กลางทาง

• ป้องกัน scope creep ที่เกิดจาก demo หรือ presales mismatch

• ทำให้ project เดินหน้าได้โดยไม่ต้องรอ Founder ตลอดเวลา

เป้าหมายคือให้ PM โฟกัสที่ timeline, coordination และ execution
โดยมี Industrial Solution Lead เป็นคนดูแล solution correctness และ direction

4. Architecture & System Decision-Making

• ออกแบบและยืนยัน architecture (OT + IT + Cloud)

• ตัดสินใจ trade-off ระหว่าง:

  • Speed vs Robustness

  • Demo simplicity vs Production readiness

• หลีกเลี่ยง over-engineering ที่ทำให้ project ช้า

• วางแนวทางให้ solution scale ได้ในอนาคต

5. Internal Enablement & Delivery Quality Bar

• สร้าง solution pattern, demo template และ delivery guideline

• ยกระดับคุณภาพ solution ให้สม่ำเสมอข้าม project

• ลด risk และ rework ใน phase delivery

• ลด Founder involvement ใน daily project decision

Success Criteria: 6–12 เดือน

• Project Manager ทำงานได้เร็วขึ้นและตัดสินใจได้ชัดขึ้น

• โครงการติดขัดน้อยลงจาก issue ด้าน solution / requirement

• ลูกค้าเข้าใจ scope และ trade-off ตั้งแต่ต้น

• Demo → POC → Project มี continuity (ไม่ต้อง rework)

• Founder ไม่เป็น bottleneck ของ project delivery

คุณสมบัติที่ต้องการ (Required Profile)

Must-have

• ประสบการณ์ 5+ ปี ใน Industrial Automation / MES / SCADA / Digital Factory

• เคยทำงานในบทบาทที่ต้อง ตัดสินใจแทนทีม ไม่ใช่แค่เสนอทางเลือก

• เข้าใจ project delivery จริง (timeline, dependency, scope control)

• กล้าตัดสินใจภายใต้ ambiguity และ pressure

• สื่อสารกับลูกค้าและทีม internal ได้ชัด ตรง และมี authority

• พร้อมทำงานแบบ hands-on เมื่อจำเป็น

Nice-to-have

• เคยทำงานร่วมกับ Project Manager ในหลาย project พร้อมกัน

• ประสบการณ์กับ F&B / CPG / Continuous Manufacturing

• Cloud / IIoT / Analytics exposure

• เคยเป็น Delivery Lead, Solution Lead หรือ Technical Lead มาก่อน

• ❌ Architect ที่ออกแบบแล้วไม่ยุ่ง delivery

• ❌ Consultant ที่เสนอ solution แต่ไม่รับผิดชอบผลลัพธ์

• ❌ Junior role ที่ต้องการ instruction ตลอดเวลา
