ภาพรวมของตำแหน่ง

Appomax ต้องการรับ Project Engineer (Mid-Level) เพื่อเสริมความแข็งแรงของทีม Project Delivery ในงานด้าน Industrial 4.0 เช่น MES, IIoT Platform, Machine Monitoring, Track & Trace, AI / Data และงาน System Integration ต่าง ๆ

ตำแหน่งนี้มีหน้าที่เชื่อมระหว่าง Technical Execution กับ Delivery Discipline โดยเปลี่ยน requirement และ solution direction ให้กลายเป็น implementation tasks ที่ทำได้จริง ช่วยขับเคลื่อนงานวิศวกรรมในโปรเจกต์ สนับสนุนการทดสอบและการส่งมอบ และช่วยให้การทำงานมี structure, visibility และ control มากขึ้น

ตำแหน่งนี้ ไม่ใช่ งาน admin coordination อย่างเดียว และ ไม่ใช่ role เชิง strategy ล้วน แต่เป็น role สำหรับคนที่ลงมือทำงานจริง, คุม module หรือ workstream ได้, แก้ปัญหาเชิงเทคนิคทั่วไปได้ด้วยตนเอง, และช่วยยกระดับความพร้อมของ SIT, UAT, documentation และ handover ในแต่ละโปรเจกต์

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบหลัก

1) ด้าน Technical Delivery

• รับผิดชอบ implementation ของ module, workstream หรือ solution component ที่ได้รับมอบหมายในแต่ละโปรเจกต์

• แปลง requirement และ solution outline ให้เป็น task หรือ work package ที่ทีมสามารถ execute ได้จริง

• ดำเนินงานด้าน configuration, integration, testing, troubleshooting และ deployment ตาม scope ของโปรเจกต์

• แก้ไขปัญหาทางเทคนิคทั่วไปได้ด้วยตนเอง และ escalate ปัญหาที่ซับซ้อนให้ Lead Engineer หรือ Project Manager อย่างเหมาะสม

• สนับสนุนให้ technical execution เป็นไปอย่างเป็นระบบ ลด rework และลดความ reactive ของทีม

2) ด้าน Project Delivery Support

• ทำงานร่วมกับ Project Manager, Project Coordinator, Lead Engineer และทีมที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อให้ project plan แปลงเป็น execution ได้จริง

• ช่วย identify dependency, blocker, technical risk และ delay point ตั้งแต่เนิ่น ๆ

• เข้าร่วม project follow-up และ report สถานะงานเชิงเทคนิคอย่างชัดเจน

• ช่วยให้ milestone readiness ของโครงการดีขึ้น โดยเฉพาะในช่วง Build, SIT, UAT และ Go-Live

• สนับสนุนให้ delivery rhythm ของโปรเจกต์ดีขึ้น ผ่านการติดตามงานและเตรียมความพร้อมเชิงเทคนิคอย่างต่อเนื่อง

3) ด้าน Testing และ Quality Readiness

• เตรียมและสนับสนุน SIT (System Integration Test) และ UAT (User Acceptance Test)

• ตรวจสอบความพร้อมของ solution ก่อนเข้าสู่ customer-facing test phase

• ช่วยจัดการ defect, re-test, issue follow-up และ implementation stabilization

• สนับสนุนให้โปรเจกต์มี first-pass readiness ที่ดีขึ้น และลด preventable execution errors ซึ่งเป็นหนึ่งใน core outcomes ของ delivery system ที่ Appomax ต้องการ

4) ด้าน Documentation และ Delivery Artifacts

• จัดทำและดูแลเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการส่งมอบ เช่น

  • Requirement Log / Solution Outline

  • Epic / Story / Task Breakdown

  • Implementation Checklist

  • SIT Plan / SIT Result

  • UAT support documents

  • Deployment / Cutover Checklist

  • As-built documentation

  • Handover / Acceptance documents

• รักษาความถูกต้องและความครบถ้วนของเอกสารตาม phase ของโปรเจกต์

• สนับสนุน control gates ของโปรเจกต์ เพื่อให้ข้าม phase ได้อย่างมีคุณภาพ ไม่ใช่เพียง “ดูเหมือนเสร็จ” แต่ยังไม่พร้อมจริง

5) ด้าน Cross-functional Collaboration

• ทำงานร่วมกับ Senior Engineers / Lead Engineer เพื่อรับ technical direction และทำให้ execution ตรงกับ design intent

• ประสานงานกับ PM, Coordinator, Developers, Automation Engineers และลูกค้าในประเด็นทางเทคนิคที่เกี่ยวข้อง

• ช่วยให้ pre-sales handover, implementation, testing และ handover มีความลื่นไหลมากขึ้น

• ให้ feedback เพื่อพัฒนา delivery method, documentation standard และ execution flow ของทีม

ขอบเขตความคาดหวังในระดับ Mid-Level

ผู้ที่อยู่ในระดับ Mid-Level สำหรับตำแหน่งนี้ ควรสามารถ:

• own modules หรือ workstreams ได้ด้วยตนเอง

• แก้ common technical problems ได้โดยไม่ต้องรอ supervision ตลอดเวลา

• support implementation planning ได้จริง

• interface กับ PM และทีมอื่นได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

• เข้าร่วม customer technical discussion บางส่วนได้อย่างมั่นใจ

• เพิ่ม reliability ของงานส่งมอบผ่าน execution discipline ที่ดีขึ้น

ทั้งนี้ role นี้ยัง ไม่คาดหวัง ให้เป็น owner ของ:

• project commercial control ทั้งโครงการ

• architecture direction ที่ซับซ้อนโดยลำพัง

• customer negotiation ที่มี sensitivity สูง

• full delivery ownership ของโครงการขนาดใหญ่ด้วยตัวคนเดียว

คุณสมบัติที่ต้องการ

คุณสมบัติหลัก

• มีประสบการณ์ 3–6 ปี ในงาน Implementation, System Integration, Industrial Software, Automation, MES, SCADA, IIoT, Data Integration หรือสายงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง

• มีประสบการณ์ทำงานใน customer project environment จริง ไม่ใช่เฉพาะ internal development

• สามารถแตก requirement ให้เป็น implementation tasks ที่ใช้งานได้จริง

• มีทักษะ troubleshooting และ execution เชิงเทคนิคที่ดี

• สามารถทำงานร่วมกับหลาย stakeholder ในบริบทของ project delivery ได้

• มี sense of ownership, ความรับผิดชอบ, และ follow-through ที่ดี

• สามารถสื่อสาร progress, blocker และ risk ได้อย่างชัดเจน

คุณสมบัติที่พิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

• มีประสบการณ์ในหนึ่งหรือหลายด้านต่อไปนี้:

  • MES

  • SCADA / HMI

  • IIoT / Edge / Gateway

  • Machine Monitoring / OEE

  • SQL / Database / API Integration

  • AWS / Cloud Deployment

  • Industrial Data Platform / Unified Namespace

• มีประสบการณ์ด้าน SIT, UAT, commissioning หรือ go-live support

• เข้าใจบริบทโรงงาน, OT/IT integration หรือ ISA-95 จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

• สามารถใช้ภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษในการทำงานเชิงวิชาชีพได้

ลักษณะคนที่เหมาะกับตำแหน่งนี้

• เป็นคนลงมือทำจริง ไม่ใช่รอรับคำสั่งทุกขั้น

• มีความเป็นระบบ และทำให้งาน technical execution ของทีมชัดขึ้น

• สามารถ bridge ระหว่าง requirement, engineering, testing และ documentation ได้

• ช่วยให้ PM และ Lead Engineer ทำงานง่ายขึ้น ไม่ใช่เพิ่มภาระ coordination

• สนใจเติบโตต่อในสาย Senior Project Engineer หรือ Technical Delivery Lead ในอนาคต

Reporting Line

• รายงานต่อ: Project Manager / Delivery Lead / Engineering Lead ตามโครงสร้างของแต่ละโปรเจกต์

• ทำงานใกล้ชิดกับ: Project Coordinator, Project Manager, Lead Engineer, Developers, Automation Engineers และ Customer Technical Team
